I created Questions for Life: Two Year Guided Daily Journal for Intentional Living in order to have one journal to capture all four components of my daily journaling practice: daily reflection, expressing gratitude, capturing my happiest moment, and answering a self-discovery question.
Questions for Life was designed to be started any time of the year, in any year! With daily use, you will soon find yourself in the habit of slowing down and reflecting on each day while getting to know yourself better. This journal trains our brains to enjoy the simpler things in everyday life, live more intentionally, and feel happier! You will see firsthand through this combined practice that even though every day may not be good, there is good in every day.
Studies show that there are many benefits to journaling, including stress reduction, increased emotional intelligence, a surge in creativity, improved self-confidence, and strengthened self-awareness. By adding a daily gratitude process, there is also the benefit of a greater sense of well-being and overall happiness, which results in improved relationships and physical and mental health.
Since this is a two-year journal, you get to go through it twice, reflecting back on the year before! Read about what you did, how you felt, reminisce over those happy moments, and see how far you’ve come.
